To achieve Yarra Trams objective to redesign a network from a customers point of view, THINK collaborated with the travellers to design transport networks that match passenger needs, expectations and demands for travel.

This customer-focused, ground-up approach to network design and commitment to understand the changing needs of the city and their passengers, and to match transport services to changing lifestyles, population growth, urban renewal, or technological or economic change.
