They provide 1.8 million square metres of high-quality workspaces for lease across the industrial, healthcare, retail and office sectors.

OVERVIEW

As part of their ‘Back to Work’ campaign strategy, Dexus was seeking to gain a better understanding of the factors that contribute to creating an inspiring work environment for employees.

THINK worked with Dexus to conduct quantitative analysis with office employees returning to work. We delved into their goals, business plans/strategies, and priorities for the upcoming year. THINK also examined employee satisfaction towards their workspaces and whether the current spaces were an ideal environment to foster the goals and ambitions of employees for the new year.

Ultimately, THINK was able to deliver key findings to help plan Dexus’ campaign strategy, along with strategic recommendations, identifying key areas around the office space that were important for building an inspiring place to work.
