Latrobe Community Health Service (LCHS) is one of Australia’s fastest growing health service providers. Their commitment to preventing health problems through information and awareness is demonstrated through their vision of ‘Better health, Better lifestyles, Stronger communities.

OVERVIEW

THINK has engaged with a number of different services offered by LCHS including aged care, counselling and medical services.

THINK provided strategic recommendations regarding appropriate tone and messaging for a campaign within the aged care space. By uncovering market awareness of LCHS’ offering, we were able to uncover the channel and content preference that had the highest cut-through.

LCHS were also seeking to gain a better understanding of the type of psychological services individuals are utilising to inform new counselling services. By mapping the journey and understanding the motivations and barriers to accessing counselling services, we were able to put forth recommendations for ideal session plans.
