OVERVIEW

Leveraging off THINK’s ongoing engagement model, we have worked with Medibank to develop an deliver plan that can be used to action key strategic focuses in the short to medium-term.

The action plan was developed off the back of the insights from our 3 waves of research, a presentation with the CEO and, most importantly, a workshop with key business units and personnel.

The workshop was key to establishing the ways of working and ongoing collection of stakeholder feedback, measuring reputation across key pillars that would feed into a scorecard system, allocating accountability across key personnel and business units.
